The Mentoring Matters program is designed to help º£½Ç»»ÆÞ staff and faculty expand their personal and professional skills and knowledge while building competencies that contribute to º£½Ç»»ÆÞ’s strategic and Inclusive Excellence goals.
The Mentoring Matters program creates opportunities to enrich professional experiences and the workplace culture.
Enhance Your Skills and Knowledge: Mentoring allows you to learn from others' experiences, giving you insights and strategies that have proven successful.
To participate, you must be a full-time staff member who has successfully completed the probationary period or a full-time faculty member.
Mentoring pairs are expected to meet for at least one hour per month, either virtually or in-person, with the flexibility to schedule multiple sessions.
The application period for the 2024-2025 Mentoring Cohort is closed. We will be accepting applications for the next cohort in fall 2025.
