In collaboration with the Office of Human Resources, º£½Ç»»ÆÞ Connects Facilitators help to onboard new universityÌýstaff throughÌýA Conversation about InclusionÌýat º£½Ç»»ÆÞ.ÌýThis course is also open to any faculty or current staff who wish to participate.

The º£½Ç»»ÆÞ Connects program emerged as national and globalÌýincidentsÌýof discrimination and violence highlighted the urgency for conversations around race, gender, sexuality, and religion.ÌýMany faculty, staff, and students wantÌýto talk about these issues but can feel uncertain about where to begin.Ìý

º£½Ç»»ÆÞ ConnectsÌýFacilitatorsÌýare alsoÌýavailable to assist your team withÌýcritical dialogues that promote open conversations about difference, create space to share stories and build community, and build a more inclusive work environment.

As the º£½Ç»»ÆÞ community, it is crucial that we face these issues and conversations together with the goals of decreasing our fear of difference and increasing our understanding of ourselves and others to build empathy.
