The Office of Human Resources is sponsoring Take Your Child to Work Day on April 25, 2024 for dependent children ages 8-18. Fun and educational activities are planned to introduce your child to your work and to º£½Ç»»ÆÞ.

Children will be grouped by grade level (elementary, middle, and high school). as space is limited. Upon registration, parents will be also required to sign aÌýLikeness Image Release Form and Liability Waiver.Ìý

Please make sure your child comes prepared for all weather situations.

We're collecting donations for the º£½Ç»»ÆÞ Food Pantry – The Market! Bring a non-perishable food item and support The Market. Please note that all afternoon events are optional and require parent participation.

  • 2pm-3pm: º£½Ç»»ÆÞ Museum Tour OR WAMU Tour
    • 4401 Connecticut Ave. - Shuttle available to go to WAMU Tour

Important Reminders:

  • Parents are required to attend lunch with their children or sign their child out for the day.
  • Afternoon events are optional and require parent participation.
  • Job shadowing is allowedÌýupon supervisor approval. Parents can take their children back to their offices to shadow them in their work environment

1:15pm-1:45pm: Katzen Museum Tour

2pm-3pm: Katzen Museum or WAMU Tour

Register for Take Your Child to Work Day

Registration is required as space is limited. Registration forms are due by April 17, 2024.

Upon registration, parents will be also required to sign a Likeness Image Release Form and Liability waiver.

Earth Day Art Contest

The Office of Sustainability is hosting their annual Earth Day Art Contest this year.Ìý
