Volunteers at the º£½Ç»»ÆÞ Museum have a unique window into the inner workings of this dynamic and vital on-campus treasure. Volunteers play an integral role in the museum's operation as an educational institution and an important community resource. They greet and provide information to museum visitors, guide tours, organize and assist with events and community outreach, and enjoy programs ranging from lectures to studio visits.
As a museum volunteer, you can explore your interests with a group of like-minded individuals by joining one of our committees and furthering your relationship with art, education, º£½Ç»»ÆÞ, and the community. Volunteers receive the benefits of museum members and reciprocal admission to several other institutions.
Applications are accepted at any time and remain on file for up to one year. Applicants will be invited to an orientation in early fall. Qualified candidates should possess a love and appreciation of art, a flexible attitude for dealing effectively with the public, and an understanding that reliability is critical.
