Robert Connelly Adjunct Senior Professorial Lecturer Critical Race Gender and Culture Studies

Bio
Bob Connelly is a senior adjunct professorial lecturer of Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies. Bob received his M.F.A. in Film and Electronic Media at º£½Ç»»ÆÞ, and began teaching LGBTQ film theory and history in the school’s Department of Film and Media Arts in 2001 before joining WGSS to teach LGBTQ history in 2006. He is the author of articles on media representations of the LGBTQ community for The Advocate, the Independent Feature Project, and the Center for Media & Social Impact. Bob was a research manager with National Geographic Channel, and is currently a research associate with the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History.
